\u00a0FACCIAMOLA STRANA SALAD<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

-San Nicola PGI Artisan Salami<\/p>\n

-Mixed salad<\/p>\n

-Black cereal bread rolls<\/p>\n

-Carrots<\/p>\n

-Cucumbers<\/p>\n

-Golden Apples<\/p>\n

-Chives<\/p>\n

-Salt and Pepper<\/p>\n

-Apple vinegar<\/p>\n

Realization:<\/p>\n

Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly. The salad we suggest is iceberg lettuce and Chioggia radicchio but all types are suitable depending on taste and seasonality.<\/p>\n

Cut the leaves, papers and cucumbers thinly and put them in a large bowl. Season with evo oil, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, and for those who like exotic flavors we recommend a pinch of sweet paprika.<\/p>\n

Stir and finish with previously toasted black cereal bread croutons and slices of San Nicola IGP Artisan Salami.<\/p>\n
