A fine dough prepared with ancient grains enriched by the refined taste of our DOP Coppa<\/a> for a decidedly retro-looking sandwich capable to evoke distant flavors.<\/p>\n

1 Ancient Grain Bread<\/p>\n

2 San Nicola PDO Coppa<\/a><\/p>\n

3 Slices of red radicchio<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

After cutting the ancient grain bread in two, we begin the composition of the sandwich. We lay our San Nicola PDO Coppa<\/a> and red radicchio slices on the slice of bread below respectively, sprinkling them with thin petals of Parmigiano to taste. To give our composition even more flavor, we top it with a layer of Balsamic Vinegar glaze and close the sandwich with the front slice.<\/p>\n
