A gourmet characterized by mountain flavors, ideal to be accompanied by an excellent glass of red wine…but be careful not to spill too much!<\/p>\n

1 Buckwheat and walnut bread<\/p>\n

2 San Nicola PDO Coppa<\/a><\/p>\n

3 Sliced Brie<\/p>\n

4 Red apple slices<\/p>\n

5 Walnut grains<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

We cut our buckwheat and walnut sandwich in two, add our San Nicola PDO Coppa<\/a> followed by slices of Brie cheese and thin slices of red apple. We chop the walnuts and before closing the sandwich we sprinkle it with the obtained grits .<\/p>\n
