San Nicola Gourmet<\/strong> today brings you “Tigella Burger<\/strong>“<\/strong>! A Gourmet<\/strong> recipe signed by SanNicola<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The stars of today’s Gourmet are the cured meats that goes well with everything and the perfect bread for any occasion…who are we talking about?<\/p>\n

Of course of our mouthwatering San Nicola PGI Bresaola and delicious Tigelle !<\/p>\n

The 5 Elements:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

1 Tigelle<\/i><\/p>\n

2 Sliced Emmental<\/i><\/p>\n

3 San Nicola PGI Bresaola<\/i><\/p>\n

4 Spinach pie<\/i><\/p>\n

5 Basil leaves<\/i><\/p>\n

To prepare the spinach pie:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

-10 spinach leaves<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

-2 eggs<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

-Coarse salt<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

-Pepper<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

-Pinols<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

-2 generous tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

We take about ten spinach leaves, wash them and blanch them in hot water with a little coarse salt. At this point we drain, squeeze and cut them with a knife. Mix chopped spinach with 2 eggs, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg and pine nuts chopped to taste. We mix it all together and place it inside a small pastry cup. We set the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

We place a tigella as the base for the Gourmet composition and overlay a thin slice of Emmental, San Nicola PGI Bresaola and spinach pie, respectively <\/i> We close our Burger and decorate the end of the tigella with basil leaves that will embellish and scent the Gourmet even more!<\/i><\/p>\n
