Each ham produced by us comes from the thigh of an animal born and bred in Italy, raised in the best farms and slaughtered in the most modern systems, worked with exclusive sea salt and aged for a minimum of 20 months or 16 months for the foreign market.
The San Nicola trademark though gives its best in the long and very long curing hams that reach 36 months of maturation before being marketed.

Every year 120.000 units leave the Prosciuttificio San Nicola, each of exclusive protected origin, each with the Consorzio’s brand.
Year after year, thanks to important technical and structural interventions, the CE recognition and the license for exporting products in the main foreign markets followed: U.S.A., Canada, Japan, Brazil, Singapore, South Korea, China, Russia, Mexico, Chile, Hong Kong and New Zealand.
