The building area of the ham factory was chosen according two criteria: the first is an emotional connection with Agna, the birthplace of founder Luigi Notari, which is located in front of the building, while the second motivation that guided his decision concerns the repopulation of the valley, an area interested by migration of young people to the city in search of work.
