Earth Day was established in 1970 to emphasize the need to preserve the natural resources the Earth offers and thus safeguard the Planet.

At San Nicola, we love the Nature around us and we produce sustainably without compromising the resources that will be needed to meet the needs of future generations.

In this regard, we have built a system that recovers heat from the motors of the cell operation that preheats the water and allows us not to use gas, and a photovoltaic system that takes advantage of natural sunlight and the prime location of maximum solar exposure where our plant is located.
