Our production site is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine National Park, one of the most recently established national parks, which aims to promote the region’s extraordinary historical and cultural heritage, preserve a landscape of great beauty, and protect the unique natural environment and biodiversity that this area offers.
