We’re putting together the picnic basket for PicNic Day: it wouldn’t be complete without the traditional chequered tablecloth, freshly baked crusty bread, porcini mushrooms in oil straight from the woods of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, fresh lettuce and, of course, San Nicola PGI Salami!
