A recipe with a big heart…designed for you Valentine’s
The 5 Elements:
1 Puff pastry
2 Philadelphia Light
3 Walnut kernels
4 Pepper powder
Preparation:
We roll out the puff pastry (round or rectangular) on the table and cut it with the help of a heart-shaped cutter.
We put the hearts we have made in a baking tin and bake them for 20 minutes at 180°.
Once ready they will have a golden crust and we will have to let them cool for a few minutes before we can garnish them with Philadelphia Light and walnut kernels.
We place our hearts on a plate forming a circle and sprinkle them with chilli powder to taste, momentarily leaving the centre of the composition empty where, at the end, we will lay thin slices of San Nicola PDO Ham!
