A gourmet characterized by mountain flavors, ideal to be accompanied by an excellent glass of red wine…but be careful not to spill too much!

The 5 Elements:

1 Buckwheat and walnut bread

2 San Nicola PDO Coppa

3 Sliced Brie

4 Red apple slices

5 Walnut grains

Preparation:

We cut our buckwheat and walnut sandwich in two, add our San Nicola PDO Coppa followed by slices of Brie cheese and thin slices of red apple. We chop the walnuts and before closing the sandwich we sprinkle it with the obtained grits .

To finish…let’s pour a nice glass of red wine and toast!
