Spring has begun

Why not take advantage of the vegetable that’s the star of this season?
Clean the asparagus by removing the tough, woody ends, wash them, then cook them in boiling water previously salted.
Cook the asparagus for about ten minutes, then drain them and let them cool
Once they’re dry, wrap one or two asparagus spears (depending on their size) in a slice of San Nicola Ham.
Arrange the rolls on a baking tray and serve with a sprinkle of black pepper and a few drops of lemon.
