For this Halloween, we prepared a spooky-tasting gourmet…San Nicola PDO bacon and pumpkin!
The 5 Elements:
1 Pumpkin bread
3 Fresh cottage cheese
4 Diced pumpkin
5 Pumpkin seeds
Preparation:
We cut the pumpkin bread lengthwise, lay thin slices of San Nicola PDO bacon and fresh cottage cheese, followed by the diced pumpkin seasoned with oil and salt. Let’s give it a scary touch by adding pumpkin seeds!
