To celebrate our beautiful Italy, we offer you a very modern poke bowl in the colors of our flag!

The 5 elements:

1 Thin slices of green peppers

2 Sliced mozzarella cheese

3 Thin slices of red peppers

4 San Nicola PDO Coppa

5 Cereal Crumbs

Preparation:

A medium-sized bowl that can hold all the ingredients is usually used to assemble the poke bowl. We begin by cutting thin slices of green peppers that we will arrange on the left side of the bowl, in the center we place mozzarella cheese, and on the right side we add slices of red peppers instead. At this point our composition will result tricolor! We add San Nicola PDO Coppa and cereal crumbles. If desired, you can season the tricolor poke bowl with oil and salt to taste!
