San Nicola Gourmet “Tigella Burger”
San Nicola Gourmet today brings you “Tigella Burger“! A Gourmet recipe signed by SanNicola.
The stars of today’s Gourmet are the cured meats that goes well with everything and the perfect bread for any occasion…who are we talking about?
Of course of our mouthwatering San Nicola PGI Bresaola and delicious Tigelle !
The 5 Elements:
1 Tigelle
2 Sliced Emmental
3 San Nicola PGI Bresaola
4 Spinach pie
5 Basil leaves
To prepare the spinach pie:
-10 spinach leaves
-2 eggs
-Coarse salt
-Pepper
-Pinols
-2 generous tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
We take about ten spinach leaves, wash them and blanch them in hot water with a little coarse salt. At this point we drain, squeeze and cut them with a knife. Mix chopped spinach with 2 eggs, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg and pine nuts chopped to taste. We mix it all together and place it inside a small pastry cup. We set the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.
Preparation:
We place a tigella as the base for the Gourmet composition and overlay a thin slice of Emmental, San Nicola PGI Bresaola and spinach pie, respectively We close our Burger and decorate the end of the tigella with basil leaves that will embellish and scent the Gourmet even more!
