San Nicola Gourmet “Baguette Mon Amour”

Today, San Nicola Gourmet recommends the “Baguette Mon Amour”! The famous French bread stuffed with San Nicola PDO ham, Datterini tomatoes, salsa verde and pistachio nuts.

2 San Nicola PDO ham

3 Datterini tomatoes

4 Salsa verde

5 Bronte pistachio nuts

The formula

Prepare the salsa verde by cleaning parsley and chopping it finely together with an onion and then brown it with oil and garlic. Add to the cooking a pepper and a little apple cider vinegar. When it has evaporated, remove everything from the heat and pour into a bowl. Then cut the Baguette lengthways and lay down the slices of San Nicola PDO ham. Clean and cut the Datterini tomatoes spreading them over the slices of ham. Add some teaspoon of salsa verde and Bronte pistachio nuts.
