Here is a gourmet fit for the current temperatures, a salad that heralds summer but still retains the typical flavors of winter!

The 5 Elements:

1 Purple cabbage in strips

2 Green cabbage in strips

3 Orange Slices

4 San Nicola PGI Salami

5 Parmesan cheese croutons

Preparation:

We take the base of the green cabbage and lay it on top of what we have already arranged on our purple cabbage board. We fill them with purple cabbage and then green cabbage cut into strips respectively, continue with small pieces of orange and San Nicola PGI Salami. We add around the composition some tasty parmesan cheese croutons.
