San Nicola Gourmet Piadina Tricolore
A Piadina fresh and tasty that carries the colors of our flag.
The 5 elements:
1 Piadina Romagnola
3 Burrata
4 Arugula
5 Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
The formula (for n.5):
Pour in a bowl 250gr of water, 80gr of olive oil, 5gr of baking soda and mix with a fork. Add little by little 500gr of flour 0 until the dough becomes compact.
At this point, knead to get a dough and let it rest for half an hour covered by the bowl. After the time of rest, split up the dough into 5 balls of about 170gr each.
Roll out the balls with a rolling pin to reach the desired thickness. Then heat a nonstick pan and cook the Piadina by pricking the surface with a fork. Remove the Piadina from the fire, lay down the slices of San Nicola PDO ham and spread over the Burrata, leaves of arugula and a few drops of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
