A Tramezzino with delicate but decisive flavors… San Nicola PDO ham, peas, Brie and almonds… to be tasted!
The 5 elements:
1 Tramezzino
3 Pea cream
4 Brie
5 Almonds granola
The formula:
Cook and mix 300gr of fresh peas, a scallot, a clove of garlic, oil and 200gr of Robiola to prepare the pea cream.
Lay down San Nicola PDO ham over the Tramezzino adding thin slices of Brie. Spread the pea cream with the help of a knife and then sprinkle almonds granola.
