A typical dish of our area, the torta fritta is so loved by everyone that it has spread throughout northern Italy, where it is called by different names.

We owe the origin of this delicacy to the Lombards who had conquered these lands, passing down to us in great secrecy the original recipe!

Typically consumed as “street food” prepared during events and festivals, the torta fritta is ideal to be enjoyed with cheeses and cured meats!
